When we ran out of oil on Saturday owing to a faulty sight gauge we rang you and were horrified to hear that delivery was 10-12 days. We were therefore amazed and greatly relieved to see your lorry this morning. Thank you for the excellent service. Having come to you for 20 years we will be continuing to do so.
